Piquè is the old ( and lost ! ) Art of inlay small gold points on the tortoiseshell or ivory. This art started in Naples in the 18th century. We are presenting an antique pair of drops earrings in ivory and 14K Gold full of small gold points inlaid in the ivory. Some are also two colors gold. The elegant drops have a charming shape and are very wearable and light. On the back there is a delicate engraving of roses and leaves. From Naples, beginning of the 20th century. 14K Gold (touchstone tested). They are in perfect condition.
