A very rare old verge fusee pocket watch in 22 K gold. The outer case is repousse and engraved and is a little used wearing the signs of the time. The inner case contains the watch and is marked with 5 different hallmarks. The watch with the fusee, the chain and all the mechanism is in perfect conditions and is all engraved. It is marked : 2033 Markham LONDON.
London beginning of XVIII century.
Note: Markham was an important and famous watch maker of the end of XVII / beginning of XVIII century. After he associated with Markwich (another important watch maker of London).
