We have an amazing antique ivory carved earrings representing Nike, the Goddess of Victory. The figure is all-round carved; small but very well hand-carved and full of details. On the Top a stylized flower. Please look carefully to the drapery, the head, the wings etc... They are a little masterpiece of Art. From Rome, second half of the 19th century following the fashion of the acheological jewelry and the Grand Tour cultural movement. 14K Gold (touchstone tested). Rome, second half of the 19th century.
